Facilities Expansion Program (FEP)
I’d like to bring our
viewers up to date on the current status of the
City’s Comprehensive Utility Expansion Program. As
many of you know, we are in the midst of increasing
the City’s current utility infrastructure to keep
pace with the demands of our growing city.
Major projects include expansion of our two
existing wastewater treatment plants at Everest and
Southwest Cape along with expanding our water
production capabilities at the existing SW RO Plant,
while building new capacity to provide service in
the North Cape area. These projects are critical
elements of the City’s Master Plan and will provide
reliable, high quality water and sewer service for
years to come.

the key projects currently underway.
