The North Cape plant will
initially provide 12 MGD of new drinking water and will be
colocated with a planned Wastewater plant, much the same as
the SW site. The
plant has been designed to be built in stages, expandable as
the population and water demand dictate. The wastewater
plant is currently in the design phase.
